Yes, there are charging ports on the small group tour vehicles.

Yes, Elegant Irish Tours provides 4G wireless internet in the vehicle to our small group tour passengers.

Simply connect to the network to get online. There is no charge to use our network connection.

You are welcome to drink cold beverages in sealable containers inside the vehicles e.g. bottled water.

Hot food and drink is not permitted inside the vehicles.

Please feel free to bring snacks such as candies and chips (crisps) on board.

As a general rule, anythng that could cause discomfort for other passengers (the smell of hot food) or anything that could soil seating is not permitted on board small group tours.

Depending on the time and route there may be nothing we can do for you.

Small group tours are operated under license from the state and are obliged to begin on time

We also have obligations to other tour participants

If you are left behind because you could not make it to the departure point on time there are no refunds available. We recommend arriving 10- 15 minutes prior to departure

If you would like to add more passengers to an existing small group departure please simply make the additional booking(s) and contact us to request that you be accommodated on the same vehicle.

Please contact us and ask for assistance rescheduling the date of your tour. You can reschedule up to the day before travel (as long as there are suitable dates available to reschedule to).

It is not possible to reschedule a tour on the day of departure or after departure - please see our terms for full details

You can cancel a small group tour using the cancellation link in your email ticket.

You are able to cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to departure.
