Our tour vehicles are very comfortable premium European variants.

You are very welcome to bring a wheelchair provided the wheelchair folds or collapses so that it can easily be stored in a luggage compartment.

Also, guests must be able to enter and exit the vehicle without physical assistance from Elegant Irish Tours staff. We are unable to provide physical assistance due to insurance limitations.

Please bear in mind that for larger vans or coaches you may be required to climb a number of steps into the vehicle.

Naturally, we will be delighted to assist with luggage and loading / unloading the wheelchair from the vehicle. 

This advice is applicable to both small group tours and private tours.

Yes, you are very welcome to bring a service dog / guide dog with you on tour.

However, the following caveats apply: you must notify us at time of booking that you are intending to bring a service dog. Only service dogs are allowed (those assisting the blind or with impaired sight etc) - you may be requested to provide documentation certifying the status of the dog.

We do not accommodate pets of any kind on tour. Only service animals are allowed.
